communism

If there wouldn't be a moron with all the power, then why wouldn't communism actually work? Or, at least socialism?

communism works in small scale situations in which consesus can easily be reached, and the community has a hand, and also a foot in every event. 

On a large scale there is no reason for those with power to be concerned with every part of the community, so they aren't, creating a despotism.

Capitalism is merely the pursuit of wealth, without entangling oneself with the question of class divisions.  It isn't inherently based on class, that is, but more on distribution and value.
