Being disarmed in America not only invites abusers, but the keeping and bearing of arms is affirmed in the US Constitution.  Regardless of what you feel, in order to stop the keeping and bearing of arms, you MUST amend the US Constitution.  Get crackin'!  You have to pass a resolution in both the House and Senate, and then you need at least 38 state legislatures to agree.
