anyone could have flown a plane into a massive tower.. well, 2 massive towers. just because the islamafags claimed responsibility proves nothing. no one saw anything and no one can really tell what happened. big fireworks and smokey clouds though.

*rubs temples*

Come on people, that is so long ago... Quit thinking about England's involvement on 9/11 or I'll inform my father, Kittredge Freeborn Larkin Sr. on your false claims! What you're doing is illegal and it will not be tolerated as it can give us Englanders a bad name.

2007 Osama bin Laden video

Several peculiarities cast doubt on the video's authenticity:
    * Osama bin Laden sports the trimmer, blacker beard and the same clothing he wore in the 2004-10-29 video.
    * The video freezes at about 1 minute and 58 seconds, and motion only resumes again at 12:30.
    * The video then freezes again at 14:02, and remains frozen until the end.
    * All references to current events, such as the 62nd anniversary of the US atomic bombing of Japan, and Sarkozy and Brown being the leaders of France and the UK, respectively, occur when the video is frozen.
    * The words spoken when the video is in motion contain no references to contemporary events and could have been made before the US invasion of Iraq.
    * It is claimed that the facial features of the person in the video do not correspond to those of the known Osama bin Laden.

April 23, 2006 video

On 23 April 2006, Al Jazeera broadcast parts of an audiotape. On this tape bin Laden accuses the Western world of waging a Zionist crusade against Islam.

October 29, 2004 video

Ron Suskind noted that the CIA analysis of the video led them to the consensus view that the tape was designed strategically to help President Bush win reelection in 2004.

February 12, 2003 video

A French terrorism expert cautioned yesterday against taking the video at face value. Roland Jacquard, head of the International Observatory on Terrorism based in Paris, told French radio that it was mostly a collection of old footage and soundtracks which have been aired.

"The voice of Bin Laden that we hear in the background is exactly the same message that was broadcast in a video cassette by al-Jazeera on December 26 2001," he said.

Mr Jacquard said some of the Bin Laden pictures on the tape could predate the US-led offensive in the Tora Bora mountains in eastern Afghanistan in December 2001 during which the al-Qaida leader was confirmed as being present.

November 12, 2002 tape

US experts who have heard or processed the tape usually support the conclusion that bin Laden is the speaker on the tape, while the results of IDIAP Research shows that the tape is fake.

No evidence is produced to support claims about the tape’s origins. One time, for example, outside of his Tikrit accent, reporters offered only "his habit of sipping water as he talks" as proof that a speaker was Saddam. Reports on other tapes offered only unfulfilled promises that "technical experts would try to match the voice on the tape… with known recordings of Saddam", while others still merely conceded that "there was no way to independently authenticate the tape".

Researchers at the Dalle Molle Institute for Perceptual Artificial Intelligence, in Lausanne, believe the message was recorded by an impostor.

In a study commissioned by France 2 television, researchers built a computer model of Bin Laden's voice, based on an hour of genuine recordings.

Using voice recognition systems being developed for banking security, they tested the model against 20 known recordings of Bin Laden. The system correctly identified his voice in 19 of them. This meant there was only a 5% risk of error in their conclusion that the tape is a fake.

September 9, 2002 tape

The identity of the speaker cannot be independently confirmed and it is unclear when the tape was recorded. Al-Jazeera showed a version of the tape that did not feature any video of Bin Laden apart from archive footage.

December 13, 2001 video

The tape was aired with an accompanying English translation, in which Osama bin Laden displays knowledge of the timing of the actual attack a few days in advance.

German TV channel "Das Erste" broadcast its analysis of the White House's translation of the videotape. On the program "Monitor", two independent translators and an expert on oriental studies found the White House's translation to be not only inaccurate, but also manipulative saying "At the most important places where it is held to prove the guilt of Bin Laden, it is not identical with the Arabic" and that the words used that indicate foreknowledge can not be heard at all in the original Arabic. Prof. Gernot Rotter, professor of Islamic and Arabic Studies at the Asia-Africa Institute at the University of Hamburg said "The American translators who listened to the tapes and transcribed them apparently wrote a lot of things in that they wanted to hear but that cannot be heard on the tape no matter how many times you listen to it."

September 16, 2001 video

On September 16, 2001, Osama bin Laden issued the following statement via al Jazeera in reference to the 9/11 attacks: "I stress that I have not carried out this act, which appears to have been carried out by individuals with their own motivation."

Does this mean Osama bin Laden is working for the US or he was deliberately misinterpreted to give the US an excuse to go to war with Afganistan.

Don't change these.
