Has anyone considered that the problem of crime amongst the blacks aren't because of their social condition but because they're incapable of keeping their desires and wills checked and balanced?

It is possible they act out of passion and are incapable of having their desires checked by the reality of prosecution.

Why else is rape so common amongst them? Can they not step back and consider the ramifications should they go to jail?

These observations don't require pretexts or political perspectives to them. DOJ Statistics show there is a problem amongst blacks and crimes.

The question then becomes whether their economic or social situation set them to do the crimes or their limited mental capacities.
