Has anyone considered that the problem of crime amongst the blacks aren't because of their social condition but because they're incapable of keeping their desires and wills checked and balanced?

It is possible they act out of passion and are incapable of having their desires checked by the reality of prosecution.

Why else is rape so common amongst them? Can they not step back and consider the ramifications should they go to jail?

However, most people either won't admit it, or will lie to themselves, since they can't stand to think of themselves as "racist".
