From the 1850s - 1950s white people were responsible for a range of invention. Then things kinda slowed down and for all intents and purposes not to much has been developed in the past 60 years. Microwaves and the internet were developed about 50 years ago.

The IQ tests do give some sort of indication of intelligence to within + or - 10 points. The average IQs from different groups are MEANs. Meaning that for all those people with similiar nutrition and education some blacks are more intelligent than some jews. Yes, more jews are intelligent than blacks, but the statistics are still a mean with a wide range and a wide range of error. There is no reason to discriminate and there is no reason to ignore the fact that genes play a role in intelligence.
