Speeding tickets in Canada - any hope?...

Anyone gone to court and beat this? (I'm in Canada btw)
What are the chances? I never admitted fault to the officer and the ticket was given to me in a construction zone...

Until we have signs that change based on conditions, limits have to take that into account too. You can't say "Oh, we'll let them be the judge!" because there are way too many idiots. Having one fixed limit makes things a lot simpler.
