Speeding tickets in Canada - any hope?...

Name: Anonymous 2006-01-31 19:57

Anyone gone to court and beat this? (I'm in Canada btw)
What are the chances? I never admitted fault to the officer and the ticket was given to me in a construction zone...

So why does traffic always seem to skip along at least 20KM/h faster than the posted limit of a 100 when there are no cops around? Gee guess everyone must be dead by now, because no one here (Toronto) drives at the speed limit on highways etc when no cops are around. I am obviously talking when traffic it self allows those speeds. Yup must be because going 120 and keeping with the flow of traffic is less safe than going at 100, so guess all you people in Montana are so screwed now, since your speed limit is 75 Mph about 120 you're all dead!

Gimme a break safety my ass!!
