Prisons

All the problems that you hear with prisons like killings and bad influences. Isnt the simple answer be just have all prisoners be in isolation. Don't let them mingle at all. Have them stay in their cells indefinitely.

How are the homeless treated worse than inmates?  That makes no sense at all.

Homeless people have one thing that really defines the difference between them and inmates...homeless people still have their freedom.  They can still walk the streets, sleep in their own bed(or whatever they decide to rest on), and can still socialize with whoever they please(wanted or not).

Additionally, we don't have the resources to rehabilitate the homeless.  Our services are already stretched too thin in its current condition.
