What about all those homeless wrecks who need rehabilitation but also have the moral dignity not to commit crime? Why should they be treated worse than violent criminals? If you think we should pay to rehabilitate them aswell, then why should they be treated the same as criminals? You obviously have a very poor understanding of reality if you failed to notice this.
