I had an appointment with a nurse once. I told her that my willy was playing up, she asked if I wanted a male to examine me instead but I told her she'd be fine with a smile. She looked a little uneasy at this point but the examination continued, I removed my trousers and flopped the old chap out (he was standing to attention)
