oh god I can't stop eating

I am FAT and I can't stop EATING. I ate a normal amount of food today. But this evening I felt like eating more so I ate my dinner for TOMORROW too. (I cooked for two days). So tomorrow I will have to do groceries again. I already know what's going to happen. I will buy lunch. Which I will eat at noon. Followed by dinner at 4pm. And that evening I will start snacking on the INGREDIENTS of the next day's dinner. And this continues week after week and I become fatter and fatter. WHY CANT I STOP EATING

you got the EAT FEVER

Take amphetamines.

Adderall, Dexedrine, Vyvanze. etc. They really turn the "eat" option off your system.

Or you can do meth and become a champion.

Smoke weed all the time. You'll eat a lot, it will taste even better, and you'll still get skinny.

Coca Cola Zero and Pepsi Max might be the cause of your constant hunger. Check out the sweeteners they use.

What you can do is keep your mouth busy with chewing gum.  Never stuff more than one piece into your mouth at a time though; you'll run out too fast.

if you chew gum all the time and avoid eating more than your stomach is acclimated to, you run the risj of severe intestinal damage through ulcers from stomach acid build up compounded by the expectation conditioned by the action of the chewing but with no food.

As a rule, eat your meals right before you go grocery shopping and then only buy what you need, in low-calorie form.
that way you don't over-buy, you feel less incentive to but the tasty treats that tend to be bad for you, and even though you may not cut down on the amount you eat, your lower-calorie per unit mass of food is less, so you get filled as much as will keep you happy with fewer calories.

P.S. Some dot poster claimed to have performed an investigation into Spanky and Shitpig, obtaining:

(1) They are not married.
(2) They are actually distant cousins!
(3) They do not own their Bartlett, IL hovel, they rent. In fact, they change their address every 2 to 3 years. Yes, they do live together.
(4) They are both on social security disability,
(5) Spanky has not filed a 1040 in the last 7 years.
(6) Money appears to be coming from a trust fund.
(7) Shitpig has a degree in English from University of Illinois - Chicago, whereas there is no record of Spanky having ever even attended college.
