oh god I can't stop eating

I am FAT and I can't stop EATING. I ate a normal amount of food today. But this evening I felt like eating more so I ate my dinner for TOMORROW too. (I cooked for two days). So tomorrow I will have to do groceries again. I already know what's going to happen. I will buy lunch. Which I will eat at noon. Followed by dinner at 4pm. And that evening I will start snacking on the INGREDIENTS of the next day's dinner. And this continues week after week and I become fatter and fatter. WHY CANT I STOP EATING

What you can do is keep your mouth busy with chewing gum.  Never stuff more than one piece into your mouth at a time though; you'll run out too fast.
