I just shit them out and you can see the chunks of vegetables in my shit. The body can't digest this crap well at all. Eating shit like celery even requires more calorie expenditure just to 'digest' than you actually get back from the plant material....does that make any sense to anyone? If you have a net calorie loss, that's not what digestion was designed to do.
Maybe if I had a fermenting digestive system, I could digest it just fine.
Vegans are so full of shit.

OP, if you live in California, I suggest reading about the Slow food movement and raw food.
I only said California because raw milk is legal and raw food/slow food is popular in that state. I would try this shit, but I live in Fail Jersey with it's ass backwards laws.
Vegetables are a huge scam, I have only 3€/day to eat off and if I were to buy vegetables, I'd spend 1/3 of my daily budget on 1 vegetable that provides 100 calories at most. To compare: 500gr of pasta costs .50€ and provides more than 1500 calories. This means that vegetables are 30 times more expensive than pasta. What a ripoff.

The myth that vegetables provide health benefits over and above that of bread or cheese or rice is a particularly widespread myth, but a myth none the less. >>14 is right. The ridiculous mark-up and low cost to sustenance ratio make vegetables a luxury fetish item at best. I haven't eaten vegetables in years and my meals are mostly rice and chicken, with cheese and mayonnaise dressing. Breakfast is egg on bread. The truth is that only predominantly white things are worth eating; humans are meant to only eat white/beige foods. I know I will be called a racist for this, but it is a purely health-related fact.

I totally agree. Vegetables are being hyped up by pharmaceutical companies that want to hock their phony "multivitamin" tablets. They pretend that vegetables contain these miraculous "vitamins" that you must have to stay healthy. But people notice that vegetables taste like shit and are way too expensive and that's when they come out with the oh so convenient "multivitamins" for half the price and a nice flavor. You can see it happening right in front of your eyes. It is quite true that light coloured food (the lighter the better white is always best) I myself live predominantly on rice and huge amounts of pasta and potto. I just participated in a triathlon last week... What does that tell you?
