One thing that really annoys me are these men who piss next to me and makes these weird grunting sounds....or they would breathe heavily, like they're cumming or something...

Same, I also put the seat down always and flush. I used to live with a guy who never flushed after pissing and his piss was bright yellow. I guess he was more in touch with his manly, animal instincts than I am.

It depends on how bad I needed to piss in the first place really - Some grunting or sighing may be in order if I really had to take a piss.
