The sore is round and red with a green head, similar enough to make me worry if it's that, but disimilar enough that I'm reluctant to go to a doctor (I'm known to overreact and go to a doctor when there's hardly a need). Currently, when I thumb the sore, it hurts (Syphillis sores do not hurt), and combined with the fact I haven't even had a blowjob, let alone sex, there's no way I can fathom having it. Adittionally, I can also recall having a similar sore/wart (whatever it is) on my elbow (which is the biggest factor that sets my mind at ease).

Yet, I'm worried.  I've bathed and vigorously cleaned everywhere for the past few days to no sign of the sore worsening or healing (it's about the size of a bead).
