That is the discussion topic in my CJ class this week... and every girl is saying "yes."
I said that there are certain points during intercourse where I would consider it unreasonable to expect a man to stop.
One girl remarked that men are physically and mentally capable of stopping at any time during intercourse.
I said that might be true, but I still question just how immediately a man would have to stop before it was "rape" exactly. One second? One minute? At what point would it be rape? How do you gauge what is reasonable here with such an absolute approach to the issue?
The girl replied that my insinuation that men cannot stop "immediately" at any time during intercourse is degrading towards men.
Personally, I find it far more degrading of women for one to insinuate that if consent is withdrawn during intercourse, and a man does not stop "immediately," it is analogous to rape or even forcible rape. LOL
So, my question to you is... do you think that a man can "immediately" stop during ANY point in intercourse? Do you believe this is physically, or reasonably, possible? Do you think that for a man not to stop is rape? I'm interested in hearing the male perspective on this... since all the tools in my class are agreeing with the girls.

well in i guess all actuality yes a man can stop depending on his personality how ever there is a good chance not also id say depending how long its been goin or how far you are into it he may not do to "the heat of the moment" whether he just doesnt want to or its just the hormones talkin like when "in the heat of the moment" you forget about using a condom
never should be considered rape, but sexual assault at the most.

I think it would be retarded for a woman to all of a sudden want it to stop, if penetration was accomplished and they were going at it for a while. BEFORE that point, during foreplay, yes a man should stop if the woman decides she's not ready, or it's rape and you could get in trouble.

Say you're playing rough or swearing at her all the time throughout and she just gets fed up with it after a while. Can you blame yourself after that?

If she withdrew consent during sex, it's likely you're not pleasing her. Quit trying to please yourself.. if you don't care about pleasing her, why have sex when you can just fap and have the same result?
because fucking a girl feels much much better then fapping.

If at any time during penatrative sex the girl says 'stop' you stop. Perhaps you have hurt her. It might not be fair but if she was wearing a strap on and she was giving you anal sex you would expect her to stop if you wanted her to, yes?
If you continue on after she says 'stop' and she doesnt say anything else that makes you an asshole. If she is shouting stop and trying to push you off that makes it rape.

Theres a problem with that. Many times during sex, a women will say stop, but not mean it. If you do stop, she'll look at you and say something along the lines of 'Why did you stop?'. If you follow the idea 10 brings along, you're only going to ruin her fun.

Shitty fallacy presented out of what, fear? idk. Regardless, if you're having sex with a girl for the first time and all of a sudden she says stop, yeah, you fucking STOP. If she has been your girlfriend for a while and you've had sex many times before and she says stop, chances are you'll be able to TELL if she's just saying it or if she really means it. And in this case, if you keep on going the worst that can happen is that she'd hate you for it.

If a woman is giving a man a blowjob and he says she should stop but she doesn't immediately, would that be considered "rape"? No, and this is no different.
If a girl says no during, then you cunt slap her in the face, and say "STFU I TELL YOU WHEN YOUVE HAD ENOUGH!" and keep ramming. OR you can crunch up your face like a china-man and say "YOU SO FUNNY!!!"
i say chicks better not let a dude stick their dick in them unless they are damn sure they want that dick in them for a while.

I think a guy should get at least a minute before it's considered rape. You need to give him a chance to finish up, you know what I'm saying?
If you went to pick up a friend at a bar you don't tell him "come on, let's go now." You wait for him to finish his last bit of beer and tell his friends goodbye.

The moment she says yes it's no golds barred, you can rape her for hours.
If he's about to cum he can't just STOP. That's the one point where he does indeed get mentally incapable of doing so. But any time before then, if she says for him to stop he should.
