Hey

When I was a kid, before I discovered the wonders of actual drugs, I would make myself trip out by not sleeping for days at a time, not eating for days at a time, or taking more medicine than the recommended dosage. Usually while tripping out I'd play video games, because the combination of tripping out and playing a video game would lead to what I can only describe as a "brain orgasm". But sometimes I'd watch tv, look at some kids outside, or whatever.

Occasionally, while not tripping out, I'll have these like, "feeling flashbacks". I'll feel the same way I did while tripping out in the past; and I'll, for example, remember sounds or sentences from games or tv shows, although I can't clearly remember what game or tv show it was; or I'll remember kids laughing, or whatever.

I haven't tripped out in any form in several months, but lately - despite getting plenty of sleep and eating healthy - I have been having more and more of these "feeling flashbacks", and they are accompanied by like, a hot flash where my head and face feel really hot, and if I stand up during it I'm dizzy.

Do I have brain damage or something?

That could happen if you're sedentary and/or in bad shape.

hmm I have been more sedentary than usual, and sedentary + eating = bad shape so yeah... Is there a term for these flashes I am having? I would like to google for more information...

I've had episodes of not sleeping or eating for days, but what I got I would describe as "feeling like shit".

And I had some sleep paralysis with frightening halucinations.

Anyway, the flash and dizzy stuff sounds like you've been drinking.

Could be a totally unrelated disease process too.

Dunno, I'm not a doctor. But I think it has something to do with a sudden increase in blood pressure. Do you get the "flashes" when you first get up from lying or sitting down?

It feels totaly diffrent from when I'm drinking, and I haven't drunk in months either.

Yeah I sometimes I get the "flashes" when I first get up, but I also sometimes get them when just sitting at the computer, laying down, or view flashing lights (like when you are driving under a bunch of trees on a sunny day, you know how the light kind of seems to flash when you're under leaves/not under leaves...)

Hey, I was watching something about epilepsy and I'm thinking maybe I have epilepsy. I did have a serious seizure when I was a kid, maybe these flashes are small seizures... But then again I also have thought I had SARS and all kinds of things after reading about them, so I don't know...

It's possible you have damaged your brain permanently. I mean, your body needs sleep and food, and taking too many drugs can fuck with your system, obviously, otherwise you wouldn't have been able to trip out on these things. The tripping out you caused yourself to do when you were a kid was caused by either depriving your body of something it seriously needs to survive, or giving it too much of something that will obviously fuck it up. This would do a hell of a lot of damage to your whole body let alone your brain itself if you were a fully grown adult, but doing while you were a kid and still growing, well, your body and brain are in their most important stages of growth, so I wouldn't be surprised if you've given yourself some form of permanent brain damage.
I'd suggest you stop tripping out all together to avoid further damage, and what may be an extremely strange and only half drug induced death. Since I doubt there are many people who did what you did as a child, it's difficult to predict what horrible ways your body might fail and kill you, even without taking more drugs later on in life.
I seriously suggest you consult a doctor, the symptoms you're getting do NOT sound good at all. I've had similar feelings when suffering from migraines, usually the really bad ones, or when I have a really bad cold or the flu, and it fucks up my sinuses, and more often than not I get a migraine then too. So it's obviously something to do with your head, which would hint that maybe you've fucked your brain up beyond help.
Sorry I can't be of any more help, but really, I'd see a doctor immediately if I were you. Good luck.

I get the same symptoms >>1 is having, I think its just a bad diet (i dont eat much) and laziness though, i'm not a heavy drug user and i sleep plenty (just in an erratic pattern)

Don't change these.
