I have disphallia so I talk to my doctor a lot about penises. There is nothing to be embaressed about. Even if your doctor is gay or a woman, they do this for a living, it's business not personal. I heard from my doctor about peirony's disease which causes abnormal curvature of the penis, which you might have so you might want to google that.

It can have to do with how you fap. If you fap with more pressure on the base, and fap frequently, it can lead to an upward slanting shaft over time.
