I saw past the first three pages of that for the first time last night on /b/.
The younger sister of one the of the girls, a quad-amputee, or perhaps born that way, I don't know, has no way of helping her sister, as the phone's line is dead and she doesn't have the keys to the gate, and so she eats the shit out of her sister's asshole.
