Ok, while playing either Gunbound, Gunz, Rakion, whatever. I encounter [obvious] hispanics, who use the term "Jajajajaja".

Can someone explain to me what this is, and how you pro-nounce it, just in case I'm doing it wrong?

well, the spanish pronunciation would be something like 'hahahahaha', so i assume it's laughing, just in spanish orthography
