Jajaja?

Ok, while playing either Gunbound, Gunz, Rakion, whatever. I encounter [obvious] hispanics, who use the term "Jajajajaja".

Can someone explain to me what this is, and how you pro-nounce it, just in case I'm doing it wrong?

This is one of the reasons hispanics are up there on my hate list in online games.

I haven't figured out what the special meaning caps has in their languages though, everyone uses it all the time, I guess it's just some ROMAN heritage or something :X
