ただ失礼ながら、ぎこちなさを感じるところが少しあります。

「学生達は気を散らすものを見かけたら、授業はすぐに大混乱になる傾向があります」
「学生達が気を散らすものを見かけとき、」

「転職することは自分勝手な決断なんですけど、将来にとって必要なことだと思います」
「転職することは自分勝手な決断なのですけれど、将来にとって必要なことだと考えています」
こちらのほうが少し丁寧で、ビジネスパーソンにふさわしい表現です。
