i need to know how to say these phrases in japanese "where is the red light district?" "where can i find a prostitute?" "how much do you charge per hour?" "how for a blowjob?" "im a busy man so i may have to make this quick"

If you are not confidence enough to speak Japanese, I recommend Gaijin soap land. There are many beautiful Russian girls. Fillipino too.

Also romanized spelling is NOT an offical or very accectable form of Japanese. The only time I've ever seen something Japanese that was written with Roman/Latin letters was for English. 可愛い is how you write cute, not kawaii. If you went to Japan and wrote with the english alphabet instead of Japanese Kanji people would just laugh at you.

It's a legitimate word in the Japanese dictionary that means roman characters. Roma for Roman and Ji which means characters. See >>12. Writing in romaji is one thing, but what's your problem with saying a word that means roman characters? What's so weeaboo about saying that particular word? You're probably a moron weeaboo yourself who thinks he's a better breed of weeaboo or something, so who cares.

It's actually ローマ字 (roomaji.) Would you prefer saying "Writing Japanese words using English", which is obviously untrue?
