Try that. Instead of just repeating after every click try writing them down and say it outloud as you do, after that, and if you're still interested, pick up a grammar book.

Comparing to Japanese, Russian is far easier to read and write, but you'll face the same problems with non-latin characters etc. Basic grammer is very simple, but in order to advance you'll have to memorize a lot of exceptions from basic rules - it's a real pain in the ass.
