learning japanese reasons

I'm about to apply for a student visa to study japanese in japan... but I'm scared of this question: "What are your main reasons for studying Japanese"
could someone please please help me???

and before you say something bad about me, no, it's not so I can watch anime or read manga, my native language is not english, it's spanish, so I need a little help making it look apropiate, anything would really help thanks!

when japanese children finish junior high school they know about 1000 kanji. And ofcourse you need to also remember the meanings of the kanji when they are put together to form different words. But that is usually obtained through expeirence and daily speech.

if you are serious and want your japanese to be as good as your english you should move to japan and stay there for a couple of years.
