Started at same time as cloudflare issue. After it was fixed, I started getting the 503 error warning sporadically; I can make it to the the 4chan homepage, but when I tried to access a board, this pops up about 75% of the time. If I refresh like crazy, SOMETIMES it suddenly starts working again for a while (anywhere between a few minutes to a few hours), then just as quickly stops again.

Cleared cache, ate cookies, and 'booted computer. Still no change.
