RS is faster for me. And I like their interface better compared to MU. The download cap sucks though...

Because rapidshare doesn't require installing their spyware toolbar after reaching some mysterious "country limit". The limit is visible and you know it. Also, RS is faster and their interface just looks cleaner. Cats... well, get glasses or a new monitor, if you can't handle them - I'd rather spend 10 more seconds writing the captcha than waiting for a day for the next upload.

tl;dr: When choosing between RS and MU, RS is the better option.

RS have a 100mb limit and even if you download a minuscule 7mb file you have to wait 7 to 10 minutes, the 100mb files makes you wait 1 to 2 hours per file, to upload a full episode you have to split the file in 3 or 4 fragments not even gigasize makes this crap, the cat is minuscule so you will end typing 2 or 3 times the  same shit,
megaupload gives you 700mb limit and you dont even need to install the toolbar only computer illiterate's install that crap with out looking for alternatives

I can afford to pay for a rapidsearch account and/or am able to find a hacked one to use. It's not hard and rapidsearch is faster and easier for me.

I subscribe to RS and MU and I slightly prefer MU but there is not much difference when you spend the few pennies needed for a subscription.

I already pay for Usenet service, and I really don't feel like paying MORE money for a shitty filedump service like Rapidshare. Megaupload gives a whole gigabyte of space, offers enough bandwidth to saturate the typical consumer line, and doesn't have shitty two hour "time outs" which can't be evaded with most shitty cable ISPs. The UI is inferior, but it's *SO* much more considerate than masking people put up with RapidShare.

Mediafire has an even nicer UI than Rapidshare, plus all of MU's pluses. Only con is they tend to baleet copyvio things quickly. Still vastly preferable to RS hell.
