Those are just simple reasons that someone can get over, the biggest problem that I have with it, however, is the fact that it gives you, essentially, a 4chan in a box (or a .zip/.tar.gz). It hinders exploration and creativity among the *chan community, which is lame to begin with, but by giving them everything they ask for, and don't need, it only furthers that fact.
Not like the fact that Wakaba gives you pretty much nothing has ever lead to original chan sites, though. People have always copied 4chan layout and hardly anybody "explored" much.
