Power button remains recessed when pushed.

I have got a brand new RAID enclosure, and while it works great, the only problem is that when the power button is pushed, it remains recessed, and won't pop back out again. As a result the mode button and the speed of the fan can not be changed. I have used a pocket knife to lightly press the button back out again, and yes, control of the RAID modes and the rotation speed of the fan became available once again.

Before sending the RAID enclosure back, and then waiting two weeks for a replacement, I was wondering if there was a way to fix the problem myself? Also here's a link to the actual product I ordered in question. I tell you...$360 and things still don't want to work right. @_@

Might be. I tried to look underneath the button, and as as I could tell, there was nothing to press it back into the up position. Then again, to be fair, it's not like I would know where or what to look for unless I dismantled the device, which seeing as how the device is brand new, is out of the question.

i heard that if you blast it with piss, it will fill the back of the button and make it pop back out.
