I have got a brand new RAID enclosure, and while it works great, the only problem is that when the power button is pushed, it remains recessed, and won't pop back out again. As a result the mode button and the speed of the fan can not be changed. I have used a pocket knife to lightly press the button back out again, and yes, control of the RAID modes and the rotation speed of the fan became available once again.
Before sending the RAID enclosure back, and then waiting two weeks for a replacement, I was wondering if there was a way to fix the problem myself? Also here's a link to the actual product I ordered in question. I tell you...$360 and things still don't want to work right. @_@
