xD flash card formatting

I ripped out an XD card from the reader because i was in a hurry
Now when I put it back in my camera, it gave a card error
So i tried ti format it. Gave me a card error.

How to I need to format an XD card for use with an Olympus C-350 Zoom camera?

PROTIP: To kill your XD card, rip it out of the reader repeatedly until it dies.

Not dead yet, just handicapped. Is it fixable with some sort of low level format?

Oh sorry, i forgot to mention that I don't want it dead. I want it alive and working again. Foolish of me to forget adding that.

To be honest your 'going back in time and not ripping card out of the reader' idea seems like the only way to go now
