I just wanted to ask whats the best program to do any format to DVD for burning purposes. Also I have a really corrupted hard drive with windows 98 on it and through xp I can't use windows reformat to format it. What program is the best for reformatting?

You need to remove the hard drive from the computer and then depending on the size of the partition you just cut the excess hard drive off with a bench saw (eg: if partition is 10% of HD you cut off the last 10% of it)
I've never seen a hard disk whose partitions couldn't be deleted by FDISK. Pull FDISK off the Win98 CD. However, there are a lot of partition editors out there that can do the same thing. Find "PartEd" or something like that, if FDISK escapes you.
