Is there something wrong with my mem usage?

It stays like that even when I'm not running Spybot. It just started this stuff. What's wrong?

5. Somewhere in the Control Panel there's an option to choose how Windows Update should work. It's set on automatic (autofuck me) by default, but you can change it to download automatically but let me choose. Then Windows Update will notify you when it has shit to install, and you install everything except Spyware Removal Tool and maybe Windows Media updates, because they are malware from Microsoft.
