Is there something wrong with my mem usage?

It stays like that even when I'm not running Spybot. It just started this stuff. What's wrong?

4. Those first 3 are for windows. The last is for Webcammax.. and it was KILLING explorer. I just terminated it, and Explorer went down to like 2k.
