oh great /comp/, i need your assistance. i'm running XP, and i want to set up a live video stream of a 350x350 or so section of my screen. googling has produced nothing but webcam bullshit and 404s.

I am sorry, I was really just trolling. I do believe Fraps can capture anything. I'm not to sure it can do any form of streaming though.
