LCD Refresh Rate?

So... the video card settings have this options: 60, 70 and 75 Hz.
What should I pick?
These are the ones of my display: 56.0 Hz to 75.0 Hz
I noticed that in 75, there seems to be a "bzzz"-like thing when selecting stuff.

It's not such a big deal with LCDs, unless you're a gamer.

60mhz tops for LCD's
set higher if you want your monitor to blow though...

Lol, had mine at 75 for like 2 years without noticing. Nothing bad happened. Just set it to 60 though, because you do have a point.

Because LCDs suck and they don't want to reveal that they all use 60- Hz. I'll enjoy my CRT with 1ns response time in the meantime.
