LCD Refresh Rate?

So... the video card settings have this options: 60, 70 and 75 Hz.

What should I pick?

These are the ones of my display: 56.0 Hz to 75.0 Hz

I noticed that in 75, there seems to be a "bzzz"-like thing when selecting stuff.

Ever wonder why they don't list refresh rates for LCDs, but have this "Response time" thingy?
