Mousewheel scroll got fugly ;_;

I recently re-installed windows and my former beautifuly smooth mousescroll is FUGLY + FUGLY = 0/1

Its the most blocky thing ever and looks like the refresh rate on a 15 year old moniter :(

Help me fix please, Mousewheel is my friend! D:

Ok, you better be installing your video drivers properly (uninstall old ones if any), setting your desktop to a proper refresh rate, and enabling smooth scroll in Firefox; otherwise you should get a mac.

Had installed the new ones just took an uninstall of the old ones that came on the vidya card disk. Thanks
