All Your Base text-to-speech program?

I know that there was an old MS text-to-speech program that they used for the robot voice from "All your base are belong to us."  I used to have it.  Does anyone remember the name of the program or have a copy they can torrent/YSI to me? 

This is for a Katsucon masquerade sketch.  You'll get credit in the sketch outro for providing the program.  Help is much appreciated!

it is indeed macintalk pro, the one that install with macos 8.1. if you choose custom install and install ALL of the voices/voice packs/versions(just select everything) then one of the voiced it installs is litteraly the exact all your base one.

used to make it say stupid shit all the time, used it on my answering machine

Any idea how to export this directly into a sound file rather than play over the speakers?

Most sound cards (onboard or not) will allow you to enable recording from "Stereo mixer", which is what's being played by other programs. Open SNDVOL32.EXE , go Options, Properties, select the Recording radio button, then check all the boxes you get and click OK. Now with the checkboxes below the vertical sliders you control what are you recording from. Try enabling the stereo mixer and recording with the Windows recorder or a better program.
