Recently I got my hands on a copy of 'A Man and his Symbology' by Carl Jung and wanted a Japanese translation of it but couldn't find it. I think that we should start an international translation company for publishers.
I spoke to one that told me it was an idea worth pursuing, as I wouldn't need to rent out an office.

It might be a worthwhile venture translating public domain books into other languages and selling them. You make all the profit without having to do any of the original writing.
unlike you retards I actually have an ideea of what translating implies, I'm in COLLEGE studying for this PROFESSION
it's not enough to know a foreign language dumbass, with that you can go be a teacher in kindergarden, probably not even that
and just try and submit to a publisher anything without being certified

Not to mention that a translation has to be able to convey the original message or it's pointless. Some books simply have concepts or word choices that are lost when translated.
