Araltrans was nice as a proof of concept, but AFHook works a hell of a lot better.

Altered Fable is simply fan service, much appreciated after the angst filled MLA environment. Extra dragged, Unlimited dragged.

AF has the characters we love, a fun atmosphere, and is all of what we expect when it comes to a Muv Luv romance.

The plot isn't stirring by any means, but that really isn't the point of a fan disk.

I had the same exact problem. I think it's just a problem with the game itself. Downloading a different torrent fixed it for me. Try this one: http://sukebei.nyaa.eu/?page=download&tid=4619

Also, remember to patch it to 1.10 before applying the translation. (The torrent has the patch files included)

The translator said on a different thread that he just missed some lines. Can't do anything about that at the moment, they'll probably be fixed in a future patch.

However, if it truly bothers you, you could try running a text hooker and translation program and check that whenever an untranslated line comes up. The translation quality of such programs is pretty bad, but you should be get a rough understanding of what was said. Although, it's not really worth the trouble to set up just to catch a few lines here and there.

I don't think there's been any progress reports after May, which is when that patch was released.

There was an ETA given back in March for full release by the end of the year with a big maybe. That was a while ago, though. Things may have changed.

Only the partial patch has bean released so VNDB is wrong. The last patch was back in June and covers about 75% of the game. The only thing left is mini games and the majority of the beach arc.

The VNDB page says complete patch, but it also says its unreleased, with no date.
