uhhhggg.... The chick with the different colored eyes is suieseki from Rozen Maiden. She phrases all her sentences with "desu" - a Japanese verb that means lit. "it is" in addition to making the speech more formal. I have no idea why anon likes this, I personally though Rozen Maiden was the shittiest anime I ever watchd.
