This is the new law. Only thing it says about loli is that if you make commercial drawn porn(no matter what is it) you must keep records.

Also, Wikipedia doesn't say anything about an Ambert Alert law. There's an Amber Alert Law, but I don't believe it's been declared unconstitutional.

I may not agree with this against my wil but the more I know, the more I see we must accept pedophilia. I totally doubt that CP and loli will be gone forever and it has been decades to try getting rid of the stuffs. Instead it is gone underground even more and become very dangerous. That goes to crimes on statuary laws too.

As to your argument, just because you can't stop something wrong, doesn't mean you shouldn't try.  Murders happen, does that mean we should legalize them?  Child molestation is a wrong, and CP involves the violation of a child in creating it.  You can debate what the proper age of consent should be (I for one think it should be somewhat lower than it is - 12 or 13, perhaps), but the fact remains that there needs to be one.  Furthermore, lolicon != CP or pedophillia.  The U.S. Supreme Court said so already in 2002.  The relevant section of Amber Alert was unconstitutional *before* it was even passed (which is one of the reasons *my* congressman voted against it).  The minor *must* exist for it to be CP, end of story.
