I'm looking for a good, funny "feel good" anime with adorable "so sweet it gave me diabetes" character(s), that leaves you with a "warm fuzzy feeling". It should be overwhelmingly positive, have a great happy ending (for ALL characters), and if it contains any love story, it would be nice if the male character was some kind of loser, or at least a generic nobody.
Oh, and the love story (if any) ends well (as in "they end up together at the end").
Any "feel good" anime that doesn't fit in my description is also welcome, as long as you describe it a bit. PLEASE don't refrain from telling the end. I actually want to know, as it is important in knowing if it actually is a "feel goog" anime or not. (I don't know if you can hide spoilers in here, but if not: SPOILER WARNING! you've been warned)

You call Bottle Fairy and IM "feel good?" They end each episode of BF with a depressing afterthought or 'told you so' lesson, and each episode of IM contains 4-fold suffering against schoolgirls and the ordeals they must overcome. If that's feel good then I'm going to kill myself.
Maybe Azumanga, but even that has some superbly low points.

Actually, it does. I don't really know if it’s sad or not, it's just incomprehensible. I'm pretty sure they killed off her sister Freya. But even that, I'm not sure. It’s too fuked up and very confusing. It's what I would call a "failed" ending. They screwed it up.
Although the ending in the manga was kind of rushed, it was MUCH better, 100% happy and not confusing at all. Actually, the manga is better in every possible conceivable way, so just read the manga and forget about the anime. Seriously.
Hm...Densha Otoko. Not really anime, but they've made some manga versions of the story. I'd read the raw BBS logs (or translated to english) though, they tell the story in a unique way.
Rozen would have been awesome if it were more of a comedy series than some shit about magical dolls fighting

Eyeshield 21 is pretty feel good if you're into manly feel-goodliness and football.
It's a bunch of losers becoming friends and playins footballs and realizing their dreams and being the best they can be and stuff and it's the best manga ever (`A`)
Talking of Eyeshield 21 - I gave up watching it around episode 20 due to the disturbing lack of sex in it. So did the runty guy with the spiky hair shag his childhood friend/surrogate big sister yet?
It's kind of awful, and may be furrybait, but perhaps Angel's Tail? About a bumbling but kindhearted young boy surrounded by a gaggle of female angels (reincarnations of his dead pets). Hooks up, sort of, with a human being (childhood friend, naturally) at the end. Almost nothing bad happens the entire time.

Have you ever watched Hayao Miyazaki's movies? They are quite well made and feature nice and adorable characters and quite some suspense as well, rendering these very nice movies.
I'd recommend Mononoke Hime for a start, since the story is quite interesting; it doesn't exactly fit your requirements, but there IS a happy ending just like you wished, so I'd give it a try--and it's only slightly longer than two hours, so you really can't do anything wrong.

Miyazaki actually didn't make Grave of the Fireflies. He did make the TV series Mirai Shounen Conan which is pretty cool (though not particularly lighthearted).
