it originally had to do with wacky 2ch humor, old memes, flash animations, and ASCII art (actually shift JIS art) characters. The definition has grown more hazy and subjective. But recently for some in the VIP community it has taken on the meaning of "whatever I like = VIP, whatever I don't like = unVIP." This definition is unVIP. I don't think VIP QUALITY should be used as a weapon.

Unlisted? You mean on the front page? You have to select ✔Show Text Boards from the filter drop-down menu. It is not enabled by default because moot doesn't care about text boards.
