/vip/ - Problem with imageboards. VIP - Only hope

Is it only me, or everytime the imageboards have problems the only boards that are spared are the textboards and /f/... Is this the true meaning of VIP QUALITY?

They're on different servers as far as i know.

Hence dis.4chan.org instead of boards.4chan.org

Technically each board has its own server ( at least every large one does, perhaps the least-used ones are bunched together)

But every major image board is on a separate machine. the text boars / image board distinction is only in the subdomain. It can make a difference.
