Koganeiro:
a manga about a high school student facing his 3rd year of high school and the busy exam period. he doesn't know what to do with his life, but upon finding out that the girl he loves has a dream she wants to fulfil, he is inspired to create and follow his own dreams.
sadly it is extremely short, only 3 chapters long.
if you want to feel good inside you should read this. (´Д` )

I read "The Kite Runner" recently. Good book, well written with lots of good visuals.
It's about a boy growing up in Afghanistan, and eventually coming to terms with the dark events of his past. I don't read that often, but I would say that this is a must read.
9/10
Loses one point for what felt like a rushed ending.

Chuunibyou demo koi ga shitai.
It was fun, watching the shenanigans of a girl and a boy who live in the same block, Rikka and Dekomori suffering from Chuunibyou, a "disease" that grants them the "powers" of delusion, thinking they possess powers. Yuuta and Shinka also suffered from it, but they outgrew it, deeming it as too embarrassing. The plot becomes somewhat dark in the end, with Yuuta forcing Rikka to drop the Chuunibyou act right after becoming a couple; it turns out that Rikka saw Yuuta acting as Chuunibyou a few years ago, just after Rikka's father death; this granted Rikka an outlet for her sorrow. The final episode was heartwarming, it was the usual "girl leaves the place, boy runs through heaven and hell to be with her again", but with the added plus that Yuuta fulfilled a promised; she would get to see her father in the Horizon again.
It was like being a kid again, I remember when I used to play around in school, pretending I was a super hero and fighting monsters that didn't exist. The love was somewhat nonexistent other than the blushing and loving each other, being subtle in certain moments, like the pinkie kiss; but it was good nonetheless (although I would have liked a kiss in the end).
7/10 - Maybe not the best, but still, pretty good. I'm reading the Light Novel right now.

La Quinta Camera by Natsume Ono
It's a slice of life manga that actually feels like "slice of life" and not the usual "cute schoolgirls doing cute things" you usually see getting slapped with the label. It's about a group of 4 oddball guys sharing an apartment in Italy who rent out an extra room to a series of exchange students at a local university. The roommates and tenants are at various stages of their adult lives and deal with their problems without getting too melodramatic. It's pretty heartwarming overall, and it creates a sense of nostalgia even though I've never been to Italy.
I love the art style, but it's probably not for everyone. There's a definite western tilt to it. My favourite illustrations are the thick-lined ink brush pictures at the end of the chapters and the prologue.

[INFORMATIVE] VIP Reviews [Part 1]
A thread on a web-based text board with a goal of providing reviews of texts/films. OP posts the first review, a manga called Koganerio. This first review is good, but sadly it is extremely short, only 3 sentences long. This is immediately followed by an argument over the thread's title, which serves to build tension. Up next is a review of a book that is very well known, and provides no information the reader is likely to be unaware of. I reccomend skipping this post altogether. Post number 7 is full of plot summary, and little review. Skip this too, especially if you don't want any spoilers (the review practically gives away the ending!) The next post is brief, but contains important foreshadowing! The ninth post is, in my opinion, the best review in the thread. It gives a summary of the plot that is detailed enough, but does not give away too many details. It contains the reviewer's opinions on both the story and the artwork. Truly a splendid review! I won't give away too much on the thread's ending, but I will say that it leaves you with some unanswered questions (hopefully to be answered in [Part 2]!) Overall, many reviews were mediocre, the only one that is really well done is post 9. I probably wouldn't read this thread again, but it was a little entertaining.
6/10
A post in a thread about providing reviews of texts/films. Out of all the reviews this one caught my eye. It's pretty good and I'd consider it a hidden gem. I really like how VIPPER described every review precisely. Overall I'd rate his post a 9/10.
Post in the 4chan's "News for VIP" text board. Very interesting remark made from this poster, whom commented on a review on the contents of the thread about reviews, giving me an relaxed feeling in the rectum with the word "RECURSION" written all over it. As for the quality of the post I would've give it high scores since I subjectively agree on the rating given on the review though the content were not as satisfying as the actual review it was reviewing.
6/10 - An excellent read if you want to derail a perfectly good thread.

White supremesists lost their cultural heritage a long time ago. If you do not know who the true Aryans were, then please read: Avesta, Mahabharata, Manusmriti, Naqs-i Rustam Inscription, Purana's, & Rig-Veda. Also research the Hindu, Vedic & Zoroastrians.
