Why isn't News4VIP on the front page?

When you unfilter the text boards, News4VIP doesn't shop up in the list of boards it gives you, the fuck is the deal there? And why is w4ch filtered from the front page by default anyways?

/vip/ is a secret board, lost to the sands of times and only existant for its believers, like /j/, /yg/, or /z/.
It's best not to worry too much about these kinds of things.

What are /j/ and /yg/? I seen /z/, right before S_R "got bored" of it and it was culled. So it existed, and /vip/ still exists.
