Ok laws are weird. Say you want to drink and smoke cigs at the same time. Now the law staits that you can't smoke in a public place, say indoors at the hostel, but you can smoke outside the hostel. Now say you want to drink, you can drink inside the hostel but not outisde. But I want to drink & smoke at the same time but acording to the law it is impossible!!! WTF!
